Covid-19: A Message from the CEO

An update on your Credit Union & Covid-19

As your Credit Union, we take your health, wellbeing, and financial concerns extremely seriously. We have continued to monitor the Covid-19 situation closely and respond on the basis of the advice from the Government and the HSE in continuing to provide an essential service to our members.

The Credit Union has provided this essential service to members in what has been and continues to be a challenging period. As you can appreciate, we may have to operate with a temporary reduction in offices, redeployment of staff, reduced staff numbers or hours of opening resulting from the guidance issued by the Govt on Nov 16th, 2021. We will notify these changes in our branches, on our website and social media channels as appropriate.

Please be reassured that Mallow Credit Union is a mainstay in our local communities and, with your assistance, will be able to provide an effective and important member related financial service against the challenges that Covid-19 presents. As a result, we are asking members to please visit the branch only if necessary and if you call to any of our branches, please wear a mask. We would like to remind you that you can access online facilities on our website and by downloading the recently updated Mallow Credit Union mobile app.
