At Mallow Credit Union we are conscious that many of our members are facing unprecedented money concerns. As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to develop, we wish to assure members that the Credit Union will remain open and is ready to support.
If you are worried about loan repayment difficulties because you have been impacted by COVID-19, we are committed to supporting you.
- If you have been temporarily let go or are facing a reduction to your income and are concerned about making your loan repayments please contact a member of our Credit Control via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com and they will endeavor to respond within 24 hours. They will work with you to arrange temporary, flexible repayments where possible.
- We are still lending. If you currently have a loan and have been making your repayments but are concerned about cashflow for the coming weeks, you can apply for a loan top-up to see you through these times. Simply email our loans team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 022 21121 to speak with a loans officer.
- If you normally repay your loan in-branch and need to arrange an alternative method to repay your loan, just call our dedicated Member Services Centre on 022 21121 and they will assist you.
