🚨 Fraud Alert – Please Stay Vigilant

We have been made aware of a telephone scam where a caller is pretending to represent the Irish League of Credit Unions (ILCU) and claiming that unusual activity has been detected on a member’s account.
The most important thing to remember is:
🔐 Never share your PIN, passwords, one-time passcodes or other security details with anyone over the phone.
If you receive an unexpected call about your account:
📞 End the call.
✅ Contact us directly using a trusted number.
❌ Don’t rely on the number displayed on your phone or the identity given by the caller.
⚠️ Never feel pressured into providing personal or security information.
If something doesn’t feel right, stop, hang up and check with us directly.
