Termination of Retail Agreement with PayPoint

We wish to inform our members that Paypoint PLC, the holding company of PayPoint Network & PayPoint Collections (Ireland), has taken the decision to leave the Irish market, closing on Tuesday, 16th October 2018.

What does this mean to you?

To minimise disruptions to how you pay your bill, we recommend:

• Contacting your Service Provider to hear about the alternative ways you can pay your bill
• Finding out if they allow you to pay via Direct Debit or E.F.T. (Electric Fund Transfer), both of which we can facilitate
• Confirming the Service Provider’s I.B.A.N. & the Customer Number relating to your bill to facilitate the payment if you are able to continue to pay via your Credit Union (these should be printed clearly on a bill to avoid payment error)

Please note, due to the nature of service, we will no longer be able to assist with the top-ups of pre-paid accounts. We will continue to do our best to assist you as you establish a new method of bill payment.
