Our environment – supporting greener choices

We help our members make more sustainable choices – from our Green Home Improvement Loan for energy-saving upgrades like insulation, solar panels and heat pumps, to our Green Car Loan for electric and hybrid vehicles, both at a lower green rate. Small steps that cut bills and emissions, and add up to something bigger. We’re mindful of our own footprint too, always looking for ways to reduce waste and energy use across our branches.

Our community – people before profit

As a not-for-profit co-operative, any surplus we make goes back to our members and the communities we serve – never to outside shareholders. We offer fair, reasonable loan rates, free loan protection and life savings insurance, and genuine support for members who find themselves in difficulty. From helping young people build good money habits with our Teen Life account to backing local initiatives across our eight communities, we’re here to strengthen the place we all call home.

Our governance – member-owned, run responsibly

Every member has an equal say – one member, one vote – and our committees are made up of local volunteers who give their time to guide the credit union. We’re regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, your savings are protected under the Deposit Guarantee Scheme, and we treat your data and your trust with the care they deserve.
