How do I get the app?

It couldn’t be easier. The Mallow Credit Union app is available to all Key Account members via Google Play Store and Apple Store.

  1. Go to the relevant store on your device
  2. Search ‘Mallow Credit Union’
  3. Download our app for free

To register for online access to your account you must already be a member of Mallow Credit Union and we must have up-to-date copies of the following documents:

  • ID
  • Proof of address

If you are not yet registered for our online banking – you can register through the Mallow Credit Union app.

Biometric Log-in

Log into the app with fingerprint ID or facial recognition (device permitting)

View Balances & Print Statements

Check your account balances and latest transactions on your accounts.

Apply for a Loan Online

Apply for your loan from the comfort of home at a time that suits you.
