Member Survey – have your say!
5 March, 2024At the heart of the credit union movement is its members. We always value our members and your feedback is incredibly important to us, which is why we are inviting you to complete our Member Survey and to have your say.
We are continuously striving to improve our services, and member input plays a crucial role in helping us understand how we can better meet your needs and expectations.
We would be grateful if you would complete our online member survey, it should only take 6-9 minutes to complete but will provide us with a wealth of feedback that we can learn from and use to enhance member experience going forward. Your valuable insights will help us tailor our offerings to better serve you and others across the communities we serve.
As a thank you for completing our survey, you will be entered in a draw to win one of five €50 One4all gift cards. Simply fill out the contact sheet at the end of the survey if you would like to be included.
The closing date to complete the survey is Tuesday 19th March at 5pm.

One4All Survey Prize Draw Rules:
Mallow Credit Union will hold prize draws for members that complete the survey. You must complete the survey and the contact sheet at the end of the survey by Tuesday 19th March to consent to be included in the draw.
- Members of Mallow Credit Union Ltd, over 18 years of age, will be included in the draw.
- Mallow Credit Union Ltd.’s Directors, Board Oversight Committee, Management and Staff will not be included in the draw. Family members that hold membership are eligible.
- The draw is free of charge to our members.
- You can only complete the survey once. Multiple entries will be discounted.
- You must retain a share balance of €10 minimum to remain a member of MCU and be eligible to participate in each draw.
- You must complete the survey and the contact sheet at the end of the survey by Wednesday 20th March to consent to be included in the draw.
- You must be a Mallow Credit Union member to be included in the draw.
- Mallow Credit Union do not accept any responsibility for members being unable to log into the survey.
- The draws will take place once the survey is closed.
- Members must supply their name and email address on the final page of the survey to be included in the draws.
- Draw will be conducted by Real-Insights, a third party market research agency contracted by Mallow Credit Union to undertake the survey. Your details will only be used for the purpose of drawing winners of the gift cards and will be deleted immediately afterwards according to GDPR guidelines. They will not be used to identify your survey answers.
- If you are a winner and have arrears on your loan account at Mallow Credit Union Ltd., you may be asked to clear the arrears first before collecting your prize.
- 5 draws will take place for members who complete the survey and contact form to win a €50 One4all gift card. Max. one prize per member.
- No alternative prizes or cash value can be provided.
- We will request for the winner to participate in an in-branch presentation photo and to allow us to post this to our website/social media channels. Members have the right to refuse these requests.
- Winner will be contacted by telephone, text or email and informed of their prize.
- Entry is limited to personal accounts only (club & business accounts are exempt).
- With regard to joint accounts, one prize per joint account.
- Draw is audited by MCU’s independent internal and external auditors
- The decision of the Board of Directors of Mallow Credit Union Ltd. concerning the interpretation of these rules or any matter arising from the draw will be final.
- These Draw Rules may be amended, updated rules will be available from our office and website.
